Dining in by Dawn FREE Healthy cooking demo with Chef Dawn Bucholtz. Dawn Buchholz is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a proud member of the United States Personal Chef Association. Dawn provides a unique personal chef opportunity for seniors who need nutritious meals prepared in their home, anyone who may be on restricted diets for health reasons and for busy families and singles with little time to shop or prepare meals. Dawn will also create a fantastic Dinner for Six so you can relax and enjoy entertaining your friends, or maybe it's just a special romantic dinner for two!

Join Dawn for a very special FREE demonstration where she'll be serving heart healthy "brain" food! Space is limited, registration suggested.



Honkyoku Concert by John Singer. Master Shakuhachi flutist John Singer will give a lecture/performance of Zen Buddhist pieces which are several hundred years old. These Zen pieces, called "Honkyoku" were used in Zen practice in place of Sutra chanting in over 100 temples throughout Japan. This will be a rare opportunity for the public to experience this unusual spiritual music. CDs will be available for purchase. Visit John at his website ZenFlute.com.

Co-Creativity Concert with Jon Fargo. This is an excellent opportunity to delve into your creative passions plus a low-cost, effective way to market yourself at the Festival, whether or not you have a booth there! This Co-Creativity Concert (CCC) will be your opportunity to sit, meditate, dance, do yoga postures or other creative movement, expand your visions, and flow in creative-explorative play with any and all of your invaluable creative dreams: journaling letter writing poetry, lyric, and book writing, designing your business, workshop, web site, home, garden, or trip art projects, crafts, cards, gifts. Be fully relaxed and supported as you let the body-mind-spirit respond, expand, and explore itself and the creative endeavor(s) at hand within the uplifting energy of Jon's music. After the concert, share cards/promo materials, sell your products and services, and network.

WHAT TO BRING: Upon confirmed Pre-Registration, bring any of the following items to create your own Creativity Space in our room at the Festival keeping in mind that the Creativity Spaces of other attendees shall be respected in terms of minimal distracting noise and movements and unobstructed view of Jon while he performs:
  • yoga mat/towel/blanket/pillow(s) to create a Creativity Space 4'x6' or smaller
  • protective cloth and clean-up supplies if doing potentially 'messy' artwork
  • various art supplies (pencils, pens, markers, paint supplies, sketch pads, craft supplies, etc., etc.)
  • journal, other books/projects (laptops OK if muted and battery-powered)
  • business cards, flyers, products/services/workshops for sale, samples, etc.
Cost includes: an Interactive Lyric Booklet for journaling. Co-Creativity Concert runs 3:00 - 3:45 (arrive, opening circle, set up of creativity spaces), 3:45 to 5:15 PM concert and 5:15 to 6:00 PM sharing and networking.

Crystal Bowl Healings from Kathleen Farrell and Chuck Cunningham: Come enjoy individualized attention in a safe, powerful small group setting. Each participant receives their own individual sound healing treatment, from two Reiki Master Teachers at once, as the group is immersed in the sound waves of the Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls with accents from the gongs, bells and drums. The bowls are place on the body to enhance the vibrational healing effect. Healings are at:
